Returns

Return Policy
We offer a 30 day return on any and all undamaged products when returned with by a receipt and must be in the original packaging. Returns will require an RMA number which you can receive by calling 1-800-776-8399 or if you prefer by e-mailing gardening-indoor. There maybe A restocking fee of 15% charged on all returned merchandise. Any Special ordered items are not returnable unless defective and covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. The Customer is required to pay the shipping for returned items. Shipping charges are not refundable.

​Warranty Information

All warranties are given by the product manufacturer, only. Gardening-Indoor accepts no responsibility or liability, expressed or otherwise for any manufacturer's warranty. Please contact us for the proper warranty procedure. In most cases we are able to get the problem remedied immediately. Call or email us as soon as possible an we will do what we can for you. When returning products covered under warranty, please package them up with the same care and protection we used to get the item to you. Any lamp broken during transit back to us cannot be covered under warranty and will not be replaced

Payment Options

We gladly accept the following forms of payment: PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Checks. ORDERS OVER $200 -- If the order is being shipped to an address that is not the confirmed billing address we reserve the right to ship that order to the billing address. To confirm the authorized use of your credit card please provide us with a fax or email scan of the front and back of your credit card. This is to protect your card from fraudulent use.If paying by PayPal then we can ONLY ship to a "Confirmed" address and may not accept PayPal payments without an unconfirmed address. ​Billing and shipping address must match on all orders. This is to prevent fraud and to guarantee delivery to the correct address. Please contact us if you are experiencing trouble ordering. Gardening-Indoor ships discreetly to you in plain packaging so that we can help prevent theft during transit.Gardening-Indoor prides itself with shipping any orders that we have received payment for within 1 business day. Although most orders are processed and shipped the sameday or very latest next business day, it may take longer if for some reason we are temporarily out of stock of a item. We will try to contact you as soon as possible if this would occur to your order in which case will let you know when the item will be available and give you a choice of waiting until the item does come available or taking the out of stock item from your order, or even doing mulptiple shipments on your order. We may be even able to help find you a alternative if there is one available.
UPS - United Parcel Service
UPS picks up and delivers packages Monday thru Friday except for holidays. UPS cannot deliver to a P.O. Box, please contact us if a street address is not available. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been fulfilled. If you'd like to track your package, you can go to the UPS website at www.ups.com. UPS will send tracking information to you via email. UPS has a new program for package tracking. For more detailed tracking and delivery information check out UPS My Choice.
Freight Service
Gardening-Indoor may ship large or heavy items that require freight service. Shipping costs will vary according to size, weight, distance, and delivery location. If necessary customers may be contacted to discuss shipping options. Therefore, we must have a contact phone number for freight delivery.Shipping ChargesShipping costs are automatically calculated based on weight, distance, and the type of service you specify. However, costs may vary slightly from this original calculation, depending on your order, as some items are oversized and cost more to ship. In some cases, this may mean a second, additional shipping charge added to your credit card. We will contact you for approval before we process any charges. From time to time we have "Free Shipping" promotions. These promotions are intended for customers within the 48 contiguous states. Anyone ordering from outside those states will be subject to shipping charges. When this happens we will do our best to keep your costs low and satisfaction high.

Damaged Shipments
Hopefully these do not occur, however if anything in your order arrives damaged immediately notify the shipper and file a claim. After filing a claim with the shipper please contact us for a replacement shipment. Remember any damage caused in shipping is almost always the fault of the shipper and not Gardening-Indoor. We will make sure to assist you with the process if needed.
